Abstract: Over 1 year of outbreak, pandemic the COVID-19 pandemic has changed markedly changed the behavior, attitudes, and experiences of travelers. Mobile applications, social networks, and e-commerce platforms have are become spaces where users can conveniently find the value and trust of towards products and services amid the pandemic. This fact has pushed the As a result, the trend of travel influencer affiliate marketing has been pushed into vogue. Based on data from the Influencer Discovery platform, the author has made compiled statistics and classified groups of travel influencers in the Vietnamese market based on the their numbers of followers.
From there, the author makes made recommendations to thethe group of tour operator group, statings that they need to focus on 2 two segments, which are of millennial users and women living in rural areas, to improve the effectiveness of their marketing communication strategies in social status the “New Normal” status quo.

Our team performed a skit entitled, “Improving the Lives and Rights of LGBTQ People in Vietnam” Led by me. Our team overcame 200 contestants and won 3rd place overall.
